At the reception desk you can rent a car or a bicycle, or simply, you may use the bus to discover Praslin:

Visit the prehistoric vegetation of 'Vallée de Mai' National Park where you shall discover The Coco de Mer, with its distinctive and unusually shaped nut - there are various nature trails in the park and around the island.

Visit Anse Lazio, Arguably the most beautiful beach in the world.

Anse Volbert or Cote d’Or, to the West of the island, is particularly beautiful and there are many other places where you can enjoy an entire beach to yourself. Diving, snorkelling, windsurfing, and fishing are possible both from Grand Anse and Anse Volbert. On your way, you will come across two villages where people are friendly and where every day is a beautiful day. There is a growing number of small restaurants, particularly in the Cote d’Or area.

La Digue is 30 minutes away by boat from Praslin. There, time has a different meaning. Discover the island at your own pace with either an ox-cart or a bicycle
